Cortland Pair Arrested for Vehicle Damage in Triangle

A Cortland County couple is awaiting dates in court in Broome County after authorities arrested them last week for allegedly damaging two vehicles in Triangle back in May.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials accuse 22-year-olds Mark Kemmerer and Jennifer Campbell of conspiring together and causing $3,897.65 in damage to the vehicles.

Kemmer and Campbell are each charged with four felony counts of criminal mischief and two misdemeanor counts of conspiracy. The pair was arrested August 21.
