A lengthy investigation into the misuse of a Central New York resident’s credit card is over and a Cortland County man is being held without bail.

New York State Police say a resident reported over $1,000 spent on their credit card without approval in December.

At around 4:30 p.m. July 26, 35 year old Robin Stevens of Cortland was arrested.  He’s charged with felony grand larceny and identity theft.

Investigators say an arrest warrant was issued by the Town of Scott Court and Stevens was tracked down in the City of Cortland.

He’s to appear in court this week.
