Last week, Airbnb unveiled its list of Airbnb 30 Under 30 class of 2022. This list recognizes truly successful Airbnb Hosts who have been awarded the distinction of being Superhosts and who are all under the age of 30.

While Airbnb Hosts come from all backgrounds and are all ages, Airbnb wanted to do something special to recognize the younger generation of its Hosts and each of the 30 Hosts to make it on the Airbnb 30 Under 30 Class of 2022 list are tenacious and have not allowed their young age to act as a barrier to reaching great success.

One duo who recognized a special nod from Airbnb were 23-year-old Jaclyn and 24-year-old David who are the hosts of Catskills Black River Road – The Hideaway in Bloomville, New York.

Catskills Black River Road – The Hideaway is a relatively short hour and a half drive from Binghamton, only 30 minutes outside of Oneonta in the Catskills and it truly is a serene hideaway flanked by spectacular views.

When Jaclyn and David were asked how the income they’ve earned through being Airbnb Hosts has impacted their lives, Jaclyn responded, “To be able to assist my (Jaclyn) parents in getting this up and running, and keeping it running at a high level has allowed them to pay off the mortgage on it within 1 year..."

Catskills Black River Road – The Hideaway is only a few hundred feet from the Delaware River located right in the heart of the Catskills and only a short drive to pretty much anywhere. The rental property is described as having a “blend of a modern, rustic, farmhouse feel.”  123 guests have given this property a 4.99 star rating with the only area not receiving a full five stars the area of “Location” which received a 4.9 rating.

New York's most expensive Airbnb property is located in Seneca Falls. Gould Swaby Estate was built in the 1870s and is certainly jaw-droppingly beautiful but comes with a hefty rental price. A two-night stay (which is the minimum) will set you back $9,371. Tack on a third night and you will pay $13,886 to be transported back in history.
