A 56-year-old northern Broome County woman has been arrested after a vehicle she was driving allegedly struck another person.

Authorities say Ann Henninger of Lisle has been charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.

According to New York State Police, Henninger was arrested Friday evening.

Officials say a trooper was sent to investigate a dispute last Tuesday. The trooper determined that someone was hit by a vehicle operated by Henninger.

At the time, the person who was struck was uncooperative and did not wish to make a report. But that person - whose name was not released - did make a statement to state police on Friday.

After that, troopers located Henninger and she was arrested.

Police did not reveal where the incident occurred or what prompted the dispute.
