Multiple Charges
Reported in the latest release from the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Allyson Russell, from Endicott, was charged with Criminal Use of a Firearm in the 1st Degree, Burglary in the 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, following a burglary/arson investigation in the Town of Binghamton.
Anthony Stori II of the Town of Conklin was charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the 1st Degree, Arson in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a burglary/arson investigation in the Town of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
April Gonzalez of Port Crane was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Fenton.
Criminal Possession
After a traffic stop in the Village of Port Dickinson, Jubilee Klimas of Walton was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree.
Joseph Hahn from Walton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Possession of Narcotics in the 4th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Village of Port Dickinson.
Assault
The Broome County Sheriff's Office report noted that Kim Simon from Windsor was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Windsor.
Petit Larceny
Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union, Douminique Ferreira from Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny.
