What a fun time today was! Binghamton was hopping for it's biggest party of the year. The streets were lined with partiers, the kids looking so cute, and college students hanging out their windows as the parade wound down Court to Main Street.

What you may not know is, we line up the B-Mets stadium an hour before parade time. It was cold, but we decorated the van a little talked to other parade participants and generally just goofed off until it was time to step off. I have to admit I spent a lot of time in the van with the heater on! As you can tell by the picture I had 3 layers of tops!

We found out how navigating the circle went. Not bad! Even the emergency vehicles and floats did ok. Of course they went very slow. I still think the circle is a pain in the butt, though.

Holly spent the parade handing out beads and even got some college guys to show their abs to get them. Only Holly would do that! Don Morgan was the van driver. He likes that roll.

It was another great parade and I could tell the partying was just as good. And yes, there were some snow flakes flying. It didn't stop anyone from having a good time.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our early celebration of St. Patrick's Day. And thanks to the AOH for once again making it happen.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
