Two Binghamton Bearcat standouts have earned America East Conference honors.  J.C.Show and Thomas Bruce earned the accolades from the conference in the announcement made yesterday (Thursday).  Both are junior student-athletes.

Show was named to the America East All-Academic Team.  Show had a Grade Point Average of 3.88.  He earned a perfect 4.00 this past semester. He is a Human Development major. Show was the leading scorer for the Bearcats and ranked twelfth in the conference averaging 14 points per game.

Bruce led America East in blocks with an average of 2.1 per game.  He finished second in rebounding with 8.8 per outing.  He also had the second best shooting percentage at .597. He earned his second consecutive All-Defensive Team selection.

Trae Bell-Haynes was named the Kevin Roberson Player of the Year.  He earned his second consecutive Player of the Year honors.  He averaged 16.6 points per game in America East competition and 14.9 points per game overall.
