Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]The Binghamton City School District is among those lined up to receive New York State funding for after school programs.

District officials say the money will help continue education programs for children deemed at-risk.

Under the terms of the grant, qualifying districts must have between 5,000 and 20,000 or more than 30% of students whose families are below the poverty line.
