Gotta love surveys.
There's one about everything, but for some reason, we love to read about them!

An article at HuffingtonPost.com states 2 out of 3 workers in the U.S. say given the choice of a raise in their pay or getting rid of their boss, they would choose the latter.

With the economy not doing so well, salaries not going up much or at all, apparently a better workplace is more important than the extra cash.

Or is it because their boss is the sole reason for the lack of better pay in addition to workplace issues?

What do you think?
Would you pass on a raise in favor of a new (and hopefully better) boss?
