Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is located on what was Max Yasgur's Farm, the site of the original Woodstock. Woodstock took place 49 years ago this week in Bethel New York. All this week we are celebrating the 49th anniversary by giving away a pair of tickets to the museum.

You can win a pair of tickets just about every hour during Freezone in the Morning between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. Not only will we give away a pair of tickets, but we will also feature one of the bands or artists that played at Woodstock. You will be hearing from Santana, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Canned Heat, The Grateful Dead, Mountain, Jefferson Airplane, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Ten Years After, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, and others.

The museum itself is an awesome place to visit. They have pictures as well as videos from the original Woodstock, clothing that was worn by some of the performers at the three-day festival, as well as other historical items.

There will never be another Woodstock. The original festival drew nearly half a million people to the small town. I can't wait to see what they have planned for the 50th anniversary next summer.
