Why You Should Join The Whale at Parlor City Oktoberfest

We are so close to the 2nd annual Parlor City Oktoberfest, I can almost smell the food and beer, and it's getting me excited!

This year's fun will be on Saturday October 13th from 12 Noon to 6 p.m. Last year was our first try at an Oktoberfest event, and we didn't know what to expect. Well, as it turns out, we were very happy how much fun it was.

First, the setting is fantastic. We picked out a great venue when we decided on the Mountain Top Grove in the Town of Binghamton on Hance Road. I've been to this venue many times for various events, and the setting in the country, combined with a cool layout featuring lots of room for large crowds, and the professionalism of their staff, it can't be beat.

As for the event itself, we will be there along with our co-workers from Townsquare Media Binghamton to enjoy the day with you. When we designed this event, we wanted it to be a family friendly event so you can have a fun day with the entire family. So that's what we did.

Advance tickets are just ten dollars per person, and kids 12 and under get in for free.

You can expect lively music, German and specialty foods, vendors selling cool stuff, arts, crafts and of course, beer!
