Why You Need To House Clean Your Tech Devices

We got a call from a woman this morning having problems using a page on our website. And then a man who couldn't hear us on the stream. Naturally, when these kinds of things happen, they think the problem is with our website when actually it is most likely those darn temporary internet files.

Do you know you have these TIF's tucked away in the memory of your tech toy? The more files, the more mucked up your internet browser gets. Since I am not a techie, I can't tell you why. I just know this because I found out the hard way. I didn't even know about those files until a year after I bought my computer and had to call tech support. Now I clean the temporary internet files out once a week.

Don't feel bad about not knowing about it, just read your manual to learn how to dump the files. Every device is different, so it would take forever to explain here.
