Who Gets the Most Snow in America

Being from Syracuse, Fulton specifically, I didn't even need to wonder what the answer to this question was. As far as well known cities, Syracuse, NY is known for it's snow but 30 minutes north, Fulton gets even more. It is very odd to drive on 481 North from Syracuse and as soon as I used to get to Exit 14 to get home to my parents house, there would be a clear line where there was substantially more snowfall. Why do the powers that be decide to curse this already unfortunate town? Who knows (actually it is the lake but that wouldn't be as fun), all I know is that I am glad I am not living with three feet of snow on top of my car everyday! One foot will suffice just fine thank you!
