I'll show you mine if you show me yours! No really though, I will.

You always hear people talking about their bucket lists and I personally have never made one so I thought it might be about time. Studies show if you make a list of the things you want to accomplish, you are more likely to accomplish them.

Being a fitness coach, I also know that the more specific the goal, the better chances you have of achieving it. For example, if your New Year's resolution is to lose weight, why not change it to something like, "I will run for half an hour three times a week."  This way, the goal is specific and realistic at the same time and works towards you're overall goal of losing weight.

So...what to put on my bucket list? I'm sure this will change from day to day as I think of new things or take off the things I have accomplished but the goal here is to start one in general so, here we go! Mind you, these are in no particular order.

1. Visit Ireland.

2.Visit Italy.

3. Visit the Maldives.

4. Scuba dive in the Black Sea.

5. See Dropkick Murphy's in Boston on St.Patrick's Day.

6. Learn how to dance Flamenco.

7. Own my own company.

8. See a Russian Ballet performance of Swan Lake.

9. Learn how to play guitar.....again.

10. Buy and learn how to play a djembe.

More to come! Have you started your bucket list yet? Get on it!
