What’s Happening This Weekend in Binghamton

As fall gets closer, we've got some interesting events happening. High School football, and the half marathon in Maine (Sunday at 10 am), to chicken bbqs. Get out and enjoy the Southern Tier this weekend!

The Tioga County Rural Ministry is taking applications for senior citizens, age 65 and older to get help with Fall cleaning by volunteers. To sign up, call 687-3021.

American Legion Post 357 in Hallstead is having family day on Saturday from 1 to 5 pm. car and motorcycle cruise in registration is at 11, plus there wil lbe kids games, food, and music! Supports community activities.

The Endicott Elks Friday Dinner is serving their regular menu. Serves from 5 to 7 pm.

Cornell Cooperative Extension is offering a workshop for horse owners who buy hay on September 10th from 6-8 pm with them at Kiwanis (KI-WANAS) Hall, 418 Lower Creek Rd in Ithaca. Pre-register by calling 753-5078.

The Valley Social Dance at the VFW post 1536, 932 W. Lockhart St in Sayre, is Friday from 7 to 11 pm.

The Eastern Broome Senior Center, 27 Golden Lane in Harpursville, is having a Dougs Fish Fry to Go Thursday from 3 to 5 pm with Live music and a classic car exhibit.

The 10th Annual Lisle Fire Company Car & Motorcycle show is Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm! Flea market, food, music, crafts, chicken bbq, and more!

Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 72 Main St in Binghamton, is hosting a chicken bbq, tent and bake sale on Saturday with the tent and bake sale at 9, chicken bbq at 11 til gone. Take outs are available.
