There's the Strawberry Festival in Owego and the Rodeo in Harpursville and much more fun to be had in the Southern Tier this weekend!

The annual fireman's field days for the Warren Center Volunteer Fire Department is on Friday and Saturday with games, raffles, baked goods and more. Fireworks are Friday night and a parade on Saturday at 7 pm.

The Endicott Elks Friday night dinner is roast pork and dressing along with their regular menu. Serving is from 5 to 8 pm. Then Butch Neira performs from 8 to 11 pm.

The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 896's 12 annual bas tournament is Saturday and Sunday! Sign in time is 6 am and the registration fee is $25. There are cash prizes, door prizes, raffles, plus children's games on Sunday.

The First Ward Action Council's Annual Spaghetti Dinner is Thursday June 26th at American Legion Post 1254, 1 Grace Street in Binghamton, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Call 772-2850 for advance tickets.

There will be shuttle bus service to Koperik Observatory and Science Center for "Summer Stars" on Saturday. You can take the shuttle from the Endicott Boys & Girls Club parking lot, 1 Club House Road. It leaves at 7:45 pm and from the Vestal Library parking lot leaving at 8 pm.

The Harpursville United Methodist Church is hosting a strawberry festival on June 25th from 4:30 to 7 pm.

There will be a a community hymn sing hosted by the Main Street Baptist Church, 117 Main Street, on Sunday at 6 pm.

There will be a cancer benefit for Brian Salisbury at the Endicott Elks Club on Nanticoke Ave on Saturday from 2 to 7 pm. Enjoy good food, live music and more while helping a neighbor!

The Johnson City Lions Garage and bake sale is Saturday from 9 am til 2 pm at the JC Elks, 4212 Watson Blvd. Proceeds benefit JC Dare.
