What Would You Do if You Found ‘Treasure’ on Your Property?

You've probably heard, by now, the tale of a California couple walking their dog and discovering gold coins on their property. Ten thousand dollars worth of gold coins were unearthed.

You, like many people, are probably saying "why can't that be me?" I say, you never know; it could be.

If you were lucky enough to find a treasure trove of some kind, what would you do? Would you tell people or keep it quiet? The events above happened one year ago. We are just now finding out. Good for the couple for holding the secret tight to their vest!

I think I would do the same. What I won't do the same is what many people are apparently doing now; digging on their properties in hopes of being lucky too. Crazy, but true. So, if you are one of those, happy hunting.I will be sitting at home watching "Gold Rush".
