What I Learned at the Taste of Home Cooking School
Last night was our Taste of Home Cooking School at B.U. What a blast! I talked, this week about us getting to learn while having fun and I was correct. Cooking and humor go together.
One lesson learned was that we need to respect the meat thermometer and most of us don’t. So, I guess I better buy one!
And then there is a cool trick Chef Cheryl Cohen taught us about separating eggs. I can’t wait to play with this one.
