Wax On or Wax Off: An Opinion from a Hairy Man

Although there is no hair on my head, and I haven’t had bangs since 1977, I am a hairy man.

There have been several articles about men’s body hair over the years, and most recently, magazines like “GQ” and “The Cut” have expressed their opposition to men’s back and chest hair, with claims it’s unfair to woman.

That’s pure Bull S**t.

I have a hairy chest and back, my wife is ok with that, I do keep it trimmed so it’s not sticking out of my shirt, I also trim my beard and mustache so that its not covering my mouth, things I feel are acceptable in keeping with modern day grooming. Although I don’t go to water parks, and if I'm tubing, boating, or public swimming, I wear a shirt, out of respect to people it may offend.

I feel that body hair attraction is different with most people of the opposite sex, and men have their own take on it as well.
