There is an unwritten U-S ballpark rule, that when the kiss-cam lands on you and your sweetheart, you need to put whatever you are doing down, and oblige the crowd. A Kiss is most definitely required first and foremost at that time!!

Here's a dude who just didn't get that memo.  He's with his girl at a Fresno Grizzlies baseball game. And whoever was on his phone at that time seemed to be more important, than succumbing to that unwritten ballpark rule.
