Wall of Ice Destroys Lakeside Community

This is something I have never heard of in May.
So, you live on a lake in Canada and you are looking forward to all that ice finally thawing so you can go fishing.  Then all of a sudden a wall of ice destroys your Canadian lakeside community.

 
High winds combined with a spring thaw produced a massive wall of ice that blew ashore in the small Canadian lakeside community of Manitoba, causing major damage to a number of homes. A 29ft wall of ice!! Canada has destroyed at least 12 homes and damaged many others.

12 homes were destroyed and many many others were damaged from the pproaching wall of ice from Dauphin Lake, in Manitoba after 55mph winds pushed that ice ashore. And it all happened with 10-minutes!

Apparently there really is nothing more powerful than mother nature.
