Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Authorities are reporting very icy conditions in parts of Pennsylvania, including Susquehanna and Wayne Counties for Valentine's Day.

Pennsylvania State Police report several tractor trailers crashed on the Interstate at around 3:30 a.m. due to extremely icy roads with traffic in both the east and west bound directions being rerouted between exits 211 and 206 (about between Lenox and the Wyoming County Line).

The Elk Lake School District, including the Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center and Wayne Highlands schools in Wayne County opted for a 2 hour delay with a hope of improving road conditions.

Pedestrians throughout the region were being urged to exercise caution since frozen runoff on sidewalks and driveways could suddenly present a slipping and falling hazard.
