Two Northeast Pennsylvania residents are dead following a single vehicle crash early January 29 in Bradford County.

State Police say 31 year old Amanda Connell of Dushore was driving south on State Route 220 in Albany Township at around 12:30 a.m. when she failed to negotiate a left turn.  As she tried to gain control, the car crossed over the northbound lane, down an embankment, hitting a rock and overturning. The 1987 Plymouth Caravelle came to rest on its roof, facing south.

Both Connell and her passenger, 32 year old Josie Burnet of Dushore were killed in the crash.

The investigation is continuing.
