A man and a woman face felony drug charges following a vehicle search by police in Johnson City.

Authorities say 35-year-old Benjamin Kadaronak of Johnson City and 34-year-old Sunshine Quick of Spencer were arrested after an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle.

Police say the officer observed the vehicle pulled off of Reynolds Road. More than an ounce of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were discovered in the car.

Quick also was found to be in possession of some marijuana.

Kadaronak and Quick were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Quick also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Both were sent to Broome County Jail after their arraignment.
