Two Alarm Apartment House Fire in Endicott

Crews from six fire companies and an ambulance squad have been called to a two-alarm fire at an apartment house on East Main Street, Endicott.

Broome County Emergency Services says the blaze at 427 East Main Street near Friendly's Restaurant was reported at 7:32 a.m.

Firefighters from Endicott, Vestal, West Corners, Endwell, West Endicott and Union Center were called to the scene along with the Union Volunteer Ambulance Squad.

There have been indications of possible injuries.

Traffic was being detoured between Vestal Avenue and Mercerau Avenue.
