Turn Off of the Week: Domineering

Domineering basically refers to an overbearing control of others which to me is quite insulting. I don't need someone to tell me what to do any more than you would want someone to tell you what to do. I make my decisions according to myself and my life. If you are fortunate to be such an influence on my life such as say, my family, then my decisions would inadvertently affect you and our relationship.

I have never been very good at taking orders from anyone. Sorry Mom, Dad and Don Morgan. With that being said, I don't pretend to influence others in unnecessary ways that a domineering person would because I know I wouldn't want that for myself.

Over controlling is definitely not a sexy quality. Respect others and respect yourself!
