A Willseyville man is facing a number of charges coming from a traffic stop at 12:41 a.m. June 9 on Water Street in the Village of Candor.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say 24 year old Brandon Swansbrough is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, resisting arrest, three counts of reckless endangerment, refusal to take a breath test, reckless driving, unlicensed driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving left of pavement markings, moving from a lane unsafely, no turn signal, speeding at 52 mph in a 30 mph zone and consuming alcohol in a vehicle.

Swansbrough was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail.
