Tioga County Man Arrested For Tattooing Child

A Tioga County man has been accused of illegally tattooing a child.

Authorities say Christopher Patitucci of Tulls Corners Road, Candor, was charged with two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Patitucci allegedly tattooed someone under the age of eighteen.

The arrest followed an investigation of a child endangerment complaint in the Town of Candor.

Patitucci was order to appear in town court on May 16.
