You'd think life would slow down after the Summer season, but that's not the case if you work in the radio world. And that's the way I like it.

Makes me wonder that when I retire (or if I retire) would I be bored? In all the years I've been in a part of radio broadcasting, there's never been a down time, otherwise we'd just become a boring radio station, and I don't do bored.

First off, I would like to give out a big THANK YOU for everyone who helped support our annual Food-A-Bago food drive for Broome County CHOW. Over 13,000 pounds of food was donated through the efforts of a lot of people. That's 5000 pounds over the previous record from a few years ago.

On to our next endeavors, and that includes the return of Cash Code which could score you up to 5000 dollars...our annual Holiday Bus Trip to New York City is now ready for you to purchase your tickets...we're about to begin another round of our online auction - Pre-Black Friday Holiday Auction, which begins Monday, and soon we will be telling you about an exciting venture with the Amazon Alexa!

Of course there's lots more going on The Whale, so keep checking back here on our website and by listening to 99.1 The Whale.
