I love classic TV shows. The older the better! There are only a handful being shown on TV and the rest are stored somewhere and may never see the light of day again.

I dug around and found some clips from 2 of my favorite "forgotten" shows: My Three Sons and The Greatest American Hero.

Fred MacMurray made the perfect dad in My Three Sons and in case you missed it, William Frawley (Fred in I Love Lucy) was the original live-in housekeeper/grandfather on the show. It was a wholesome show with a bit of innuendo in later episodes.

The Greatest American Hero was just a fun distraction. I loved the theme song. Genius Stephen J. Cannell (Rockford Files, The A-Team) created the show. It was tacky but amusing. Robert Culp, who was a great tough guy on TV and in film, had a blast in his role as FBI agent Maxwell. Back then it was "hi-tech".

What is your favorite forgotten show? We'll feature it on a future TBT!
