Throwback Thursday-Banana Splits

During the era of Saturday morning cartoons and long before special networks, and video playback machines, kids would gather in front of the television for their weekly fix.

One of the short lived series that ran from 1968 to 1970 was a show featuring four fictional funny animal characters that played instruments, sang, and traveled in their vehicle called 'The Banana Buggy'.

My Throwback Thursday memory this week is Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper, and Snorky. Also known as The Banana Splits!
