Throwback Thursday – Johnny West Action Figure

Growing up in the 60’s and 70’s girls played with dolls while boys had action figures. I had a Johnny West action figure complete with all kind of accessories, hats, chaps, gun and holster, etc!

I also had a horse for my action figure that had accessories! I believe Chief Cherokee was another figure that went along with the Johnny West action series. If I remember correctly, my brother may have had him.

I don’t think they make action figures like these anymore as most kids would rather play on a handheld device or look at a screen.
