Endicott Police say three teenagers are believed to have been the ones involved in the early morning hold-up of a convenience store on East Main Street May 23.

17 year olds Anthony Tomasky and Patrick Merritt of Endicott and a 14 year old are accused of robbing the Run Way Food Mart with what appeared to be a handgun at 3:40 a.m. and fleeing on foot.  The three were arrested at locations in Endicott and Binghamton May 24.

Endicott Police say Tomasky is accused of entering the store with the juvenile and displaying what looked like a gun, forcibly taking cash from the clerk.

The store employee was not hurt.

Police say they searched a home in the village May 23 and found items related to the robbery.

Tomasky and Merrit are each charged with felony robbery and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail while the 14 year old will be petitioned to the Broome County Family Court at a later date.
