Things have changed so much in the last couple of years that my head is spinning. And not for the better, mostly.

Yes, technology has helped in some respects, but the side effects of no real face time, the huge spike in rudeness and selfishness, and the dumbing down of the world are not worth it.

The website Reddit asked it's viewers to chime in on things they missed about life before the internet. Their answers were kind of in line with mine and included catching up with someone in person, being able to watch TV without multitasking, being unreachable, and record stores.

Besides those, I miss people being polite in public, ignoring the phone if I feel like it (which I still do), privacy, and writing notes and letters. And I definitely miss cameras with film!
