Evidently, over 35% of Americans fall into the “obese” category. I'm not surprised to hear that our portion sizes need to be looked at, and most restaurants really over-do it in order to make us feel like we're getting our money's worth. Many restaurant entrees total over 2,000 calories per meal, and fast food restaurants like to race each other to see what other random (yet delicious) concoction they can come up with next, the United States needs a wake-up call.
