This Saturday is the Kentucky Derby, the first race in the chase for the triple crown. American Pharoah was the last horse to win it in 2015. Before that, you have to go all the way back to 1978 when Affirmed won all three races, the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes.

I'm not really into horse racing even though I do like watching and wagering on the horses out at Tioga Downs.

This Saturday, Tioga Downs will host "Derby Fest". It's a day full of activities and entertainment that raps up with the return of live harness racing at Tioga and fireworks afterwards.

I will be there broadcasting live for a Whale stop from noon until two. They will have their Kentucky Derby Hat contest for the ladies, Mint Juleps, (the drink of choice at the Kentucky Derby) live music, and contests.

Even if you are not into horse racing, there is so much going on at Tioga Downs this Saturday you will find something you enjoy.

If you go, look for me and stop by and say hi.

And enjoy the races.
