The regular season is over for the Orange and its tournament time will Syracuse get an NCAA invite? Losing the final two games of the season didn't help their chances.

Coming off two 5 point losses to North Carolina and Florida State, the Orange heads to the ACC tournament as the #9 seed and their match up with #8 seed Pittsburgh on Wednesday, March 9 in noon tip-off on ESPN

North Carolina will be the top seed followed by No. 2 Virginia , No. 3 Miami and No. 4 Notre Dame.

Cuse hopes to rebound and advance with a win on Wednesday.

The big question is will Syracuse get into the NCAA tournament? We won't know until 'Selection Sunday' March 13th but it doesn't look great.

Rumors are flying around that the NCAA committee will ignore the games that Cuse played without Coach Jim Boeheim, whom was suspended for violations last year, the team was 4-5 in his absence with losses to Georgetown, St. John’s, Pittsburgh, Miami and Clemson.

This years team has struggled with complete games Lydon and Cooney have shown glimpses, both the team needs to play a complete 40 minute game.

The 63rd annual New York Life ACC Tournament starts tomorrow with the semifinal games on Friday night and the championship game on Saturday.
