It seems like week after week, month after month there is another superhero movie in theaters, in fact between now and the year 2020 there are 29 movies based on comic strips scheduled to hit screen all over the US and the world, many of these based on the Marvel characters. Even television is shoe horned with a packed line up of superheros.

Next year we’ll be introduced to Ant Man WTH? Ant Man? The Sinister Six and Batman will meet Superman. What’s next, Spiderman meets the Tidy Bowl guy?

I love action movies but I’m getting tired of superheroes, is this a sign I’m getting old? I’ve always considered myself a hip dude who likes a lot of the new programs and technologies.

I liked the Christopher Reeves Superman character, and even the Michael Keaton Batman character, (the new Batman sounds constipated); I like the original story lines much better than the new breed of Superhero.

Marvel, DC and many other creations will continue to fill the theaters, and the popularity doesn’t seem to be slowing down, so I guess I’ll have to life with it.

That’s it for now. Up Up and Awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
