Sundays Without Football

This Sunday was the first Sunday without NFL Sunday since early September. I slept in, then went out for a while and caught my churches CYO basketball game last night. It seems weird having a Sunday without football. I know NASCAR starts this coming Sunday with the Daytona 500, but I'm not really into NASCAR. I like watching the highlights with the lead changes and of course the wrecks, but I can't sit there for five hours and watch cars go around a track on TV. I like watching PGA golf, but that makes me want to go out and golf and there is still too much snow on the ground to do that. I also love NHL hockey, but I would much rather watch football on Sundays. Don't get me wrong, I love watching hockey whenever it's on, but it's not football. I'm already looking forward to September. I DVRed a couple of the games this year so I guess I could go back and watch those when I need a fix. It's going to be a long seven months full of football-less Sundays.
