Struggling with Mental Health? Here are 100 Reasons to Stay
Thinking about suicide is a totally understandable response to pain and when you're so completely consumed with hurt and frustration and lack of clarity, it can feel like there's simply no other escape. For some, there isn't.
But here's the thing - you ARE worthy of a happy life. So ARE precious. You DO have value. When your mind takes you down a dark road, it can be impossible to remember this, but did you know that you've got an army behind you and they truly want whatever it is that makes you happy?
If you don't feel comfortable reaching out to someone you know, you can turn to one of these places and nobody there will judge you or look down on you.
