Second College Football Playoff Rankings Released

It's interesting that the new NCAA playoff system includes a weekly "hype"  leading up to the actually playoffs.

Who is in the top 25? What shake ups have occurred? It's a brilliant scheme, actually. ESPN even has a weekly show devoted to the release of the list!
