2016 is only a couple of weeks old, and we've already lost several members of the Rock World.

In that short time, we have lost David Bowie, Glenn Frey and Dale Griffin - drummer of Mott The Hoople. The real sad fact is, they all were still in the prime of their lives.

But as we know full well, Rock-n-Roll has been around for many decades, and those who were there in, or close to the beginning, are aging, and we will be hearing the sad news of Rock-n-Rollers passing more frequently. That is, as long as we don't get there first. I don't know about you, but I'm not too much younger than David, Glenn and Dale!

On a more positive note, no matter what happens as time goes on, Classic Rock will continue to be just that - Classic. It's music created by these amazing musicians that will stand the test of time, and we'll always have those songs to remember their creators by.

R.I.P David, Glenn and Dale. Long live Rock-n-Roll.
