With the NASCAR race season kicking off this weekend, it got me to thinking about things related to the road.
These are subjects that we encounter on a daily basis.
I'm taking about road rules, such as using your turn signal, road rage, bad roads (lots of potholes) to name a few.

I can't understand why it's so hard to use a turn signal.
I use mine every time I am about to make a turn, NOT after I've made the turn like some I've seen.
Really?

How about road rage?
Here's some of my pet peeves.
There's always someone who wants to race you.
C'mon, I drive a high-top van loaded with DJ equipment.
It goes from 0 to 60 in about 10 minutes.

Why do some drivers who are behind you, suddenly decide to pass, and then take the next exit which is just ahead a bit?
It's not a race to the finish.
There have been many times I've encountered a situation where a vehicle is entering the highway from an on-ramp.
As I should, I move to the passing lane so they can get in, but was pisses me off, is when they accelerate to my speed aligned evenly with my vehicle, making it impossible to get back into the driving lane, or they pass me in the passing lane.
I let you in.
Can't you let me get back in the driving lane?

Finally, how many roads do you travel on a daily basis that are in dire need of repair?
I can't remember the last time the street I live on has been re-paved.
It's like riding a wooden roller-coaster, minus the fun.

How about you?
Any road/driving type issues that make you mad?
