Wouldn't be cool if time machines were real? Well, let's pretend it's true and let's hop in the brand new 2016 model of our Whale time machine. Travel date is March 3rd 1984. Musically, it was a busy time for The Cars, Dire Straits, Great White, Ratt and Queen.

For Freddie Mercury and Queen, they had released their 12th album (studio) 'The Works' and the first single released was Radio Ga Ga, written by Roger Taylor. That tune got into the top 20 on the US singles charts, and peaked at number two on the UK singles charts.

You may have heard of the pop star Lady Gaga. Can you guess where she got her name from? Yep.

For this week's Throwback Thursday Radio Ga Ga take a look at Freddie and Queen belting out an awesome version of the song in 1985 at Wembley Stadium.
