While the Twin Tiers continues to be hit with winter weather it hasn’t experienced in years, officials with one important service are asking for a little consideration.

The U.S. Postal Service says it’s important that residents and businesses clear a path to the mailbox.

Postal officials say customers need to make sure snow drifts don’t create obstacles and that ice and snow are clear from sidewalks, steps and overhangs before your carrier arrives with your mail.
