Authorities say 30-year-old Rebecca Shoemaker was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle. It's a felony count.

According to state police, troopers were called to the Arby's restaurant on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango at 6:25 p.m. Monday.

Police say Shoemaker refused to submit to a breath test to determine her blood alcohol content.

Shoemaker was ordered to appear in Chenango town court on May 17.
