The Zoo is adding the endangered Red Pandas to the animals available for Wild Encounter experiences.

For a fee of $350 for three people with up to two additional people at $25, visitors can go right in the exhibit with the animals and zookeeper for the chance to give the pandas an enrichment item.

Registrations are available for encounters on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, February 21 to April 14.

Registration is limited.

To book a Wild Encounters package, contact the zoo education department at (607) 724-5461, extension 235.  Details are available at the zoo’s website: bit.ly/BingZooWildEncounters.

In the past, visitors have also been able to schedule encounters with the Binghamton zoo’s penguins and Patience the Sloth.
