Lower pesticide residue in organic produce was found, but they say ordinary products are typically within government safety limits, so that may not be that big of a benefit.
How many times have we seen new studies that say some food that was good for you, may not be that great after all, or the other way around.
For me, I just try to eat better (not always, I'll admit) and hope to live long...and prosper (sorry for that last part,  it was for Trekkies!)
How about you?
Do you buy organic, and what benefit is it for you?
