Operation Hailstorm Plea

Another suspect in a large drug ring that shipped crystal methamphetamine from as far away as Arizona into the Southern Tier admits to his part in the activity.

39 year old Vincent Harrell of Endicott has pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.  He faces up to 20 years in prison.  He was arrested under “Operation Hailstorm” that netted 10 suspects accused of dealing drugs from January 2015 to September of 2017.

Several suspects have pleaded guilty while trials are scheduled in federal court for four defendants.
