One Simple Way to Battle Colds and Flu

Justin Sullivan/Getty Images

I see here at work that people are starting to get sick. You know how illness spreads like wild fire through work and schools? Well there is one simple, yet difficult, thing to do that would majorly slow down sickness.

Every year, health experts, news anchors and even I say it: Don’t touch your face!

Sounds easy, but nope. For some reason, we just have to wipe our eyes and generally touch our faces. Go ahead and try not to! It isn’t possible.

It’s both frustrating and funny. If we could prevent ourselves from inflicting our own illness, we could stop flu epidemics. I guess that’s the price of being human.

Stay healthy!
